Board of Directors statement on COVID-19
and Fire Fighters Foundation events for the remainder of 2020.

The Professional Fire Fighters of Wisconsin Charitable Foundation Board of Directors met last week via video conference to discuss and reach a consensus on Fire Fighters Foundation events for the remainder of 2020.

By unanimous consent of all present the decision has been made to cancel the 30th Annual Fire Safety Recognition Luncheon scheduled to be held at the Ingleside Hotel on Monday, October 12 , 2020 and the 5th Annual Fired-Up Fundraiser and Charity Ball scheduled to be held at the Harley-Davidson Museum on Saturday, November 14 , 2020.

All committed guests and sponsors have been contacted with the following options:

1. Apply ticket/sponsorship as a gift to the PFFWCF. All gifts are acknowledged with a tax-deductible receipt.
2. Apply tickets/sponsorship to the 2021 Fired-Up Fundraiser and Charity Ball. By choosing this option guests and sponsors will also receive tickets and recognition at the 2nd Annual Burn Ball in Madison and the 30th Annual Fire Safety Recognition Luncheon.
3. Apply tickets/sponsorship to upgraded 2021 ticket/sponsorship level. By choosing this option the 2020 ticket/sponsorship will be applied as a credit, plus a 20.20% discount will be applied to the higher ticket/sponsorship level if received by 12/31/2020.
4. Full refund of ticket/sponsorship.
